Great recip. My hubby ate all of his and half of mine. I did start with two large fillets though. Definite keepe.

Simple and delicious! I had to cook mine for about five minutes longer, but that could be because I used fresh caught trout.

Great tasting recipe. I used cod fish instead of trout. Not sure if I will make this again ... I've better tasting fish recipes on yummly.
