- 1 lb. spaghetti (1 package, cooked according to package directions)
- 1 onions (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 green pepper (medium, diced)
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms (1 package)
- 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
- 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning
- 28 oz. crushed tomatoes (1 can)
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 cup basil leaves (coarsely chopped)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

Directions
- In a Dutch oven, over medium heat, cook sausage, onion and garlic in oil until onions are tender.
- Add green pepper, mushrooms, salt and seasoning; continue to cook for 4 minutes.
- Stir in tomatoes, water and basil.
