  • 1 teaspoon peanut oil (or other high smoke-point oil)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 3 teaspoons agave nectar (or other sweetener of your choice)
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger (or grated fresh ginger root)
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger (or grated fresh ginger root)
  • 2 tablespoons smooth natural peanut butter (Use peanut butter without added sugar, such as Adams 100% Natural Peanut Butter for South Beach Diet.)
  • 2 tablespoons sauce (Tahini, or if you don't have Tahini, use 2 T more peanut butter)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce (I used reduced-sodium.)

    The tofu was really tasty but the sauce was too thick if i stuck to the recipe.
