- 2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 tsp. salt (to taste)
- 1 can sardines (~4oz King Oscar Brisling Sardines recommended)
- fresh basil leaves (Optional garnish:, torn or cut into small pieces)

This is so good! I used regular Swiss & 1/2 Parmesan 1/2 mozzarella. I don’t care for the taste of Old Bay but using it this way...yum! I didn’t add any salt because cheese is salty enough for me. Thank you for the recipe.
