I made this recipe for NYE. We liked it very much. I used scallops shrimp, lobster tail and crab legs. I cut the pieces to be similar in size. The recipe called for cooked seafood. To do that in this recipe, I boiled water in a large skillet, turned off the heat, added the chopped seafood and covered for 3 minutes then strained. It would be cooking in the casserole too. It was perfectly cooked. Any more than that and you will be eating rubber. I made plain rice as a side. It was very good.
