Scallops are a favorite of ours. These were very good. I changed the technique a bit. I melted 1/2 tablespoon of butter in an individual baking dish, let that cool, then rolled the scallops in the butter. Each dish was filled with scallops about 5 each. Then I mixed the ritz cracker crumbs with Parmesan chees and spooned that over the top. Baked at 375 for 12 minutes. It was very tasty.

Great recipe. I would definitely make it again. I use butter sprinkles in place of butter and didn’t have ritz crackers so I used a sprinkle of breadcrumbs. Fantastic

Very good. We kept the sea scallops in the oven for the full 15 minutes and they were done perfectly. The minced garlic clotted in the breading mix, so I will substitute garlic powder next time.
