If you are looking for something easy, it doesn’t get any easier than this. Very simple dish and filling. You can never go wrong with potatoes and sausage. Next time I think I will try a different type of sausage. Perhaps some jalapeño cheddar sausage or maybe even some Cajun Andouille smoked sausage. Just make sure to over season the potatoes.
