Perfect, however I would recommend taking it out 5 mins after you add the Parmesan crusting, as it is hard to eyeball and might become over done.

Salmon is probably my favorite fish and I've never made it before. Turned out great! Not dry, nice and flakey. The cheese and such complements the fish flavor well but doesn't mask the salmon's natural flavor. Will make again.

Great! May add minced onion and or gluten free crushed corn flakes or Pablo to topping next time for a crispier version but as is was certainly easy and delicious!

Delicious! I suggest blasting it in the broiler at the end of cooking to really melt the cheese and get a good crust. And when I paired it with sweet potatoes and green beans, it made a great one pan dinner.
