- 600 grams filet (salmon, approximately 3 centimeters thick)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lemon (sliced)
- 1/2 orange (juiced)
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- salt
- ground black pepper

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200 C
- Drizzle a glass baking dish with olive oil. Place the lemon slices in the baking dish and pour the orange juice on them.
- Cut the salmon into pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Place the pieces of salmon on top of the lemon slices, and drizzle the honey onto them.
- Bake for 20 minutes until cooked.

The dish came out great. I had to broil it after daking the dish for 20min. at 200 degrees.

Turned out pretty good I think a little seasoning would’ve made it kick a little more

Nice lemon "orange" honey flavour with Himalayan salt and ground black pepper . Used mandarin juice instead of orange. Simple but fragrant taste.
