  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon (sliced)
  • 1/2 orange (juiced)
  • 1 tablespoon honey

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 200 C
    2. Drizzle a glass baking dish with olive oil. Place the lemon slices in the baking dish and pour the orange juice on them.
    3. Cut the salmon into pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides.
    4. Place the pieces of salmon on top of the lemon slices, and drizzle the honey onto them.
    5. Bake for 20 minutes until cooked.

    The dish came out great. I had to broil it after daking the dish for 20min. at 200 degrees.

    Turned out pretty good I think a little seasoning would’ve made it kick a little more

    Nice lemon "orange" honey flavour with Himalayan salt and ground black pepper . Used mandarin juice instead of orange. Simple but fragrant taste.
