    I've tried many baked salmon recipes but this was one of my very favourites...fewer ingredients were a plus. By adding mayonnaise it made the salmon moist and flaky and adding lemon juice and olive oil transformed it into a YUMMY SALMON MEAL. I made extras, that's how good it is.
