    It turned out well, but had a strong fish taste. My husband loved it, and i will definitely make it again as this was my first time eating salmon

    So tasty and easy. Tender and not at all dried out. Flavorful. Easy to experiment with variety of herbs and spices. I served it with brown basmati jasmine rice. Kids and adults loved it.

    It was great! Took a few minutes longer for my salmon, and I added some of Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Magic Salmon Seasoning and it was gone in minutes to the potluck I brought it to. Added a few sliced white mushrooms for decoration too.

    This turned out amazing! The salmon melted like butter. I added sea salt and drizzled olive oil over the salmon once sprinkled with ingredients. I left out dill, not a fan and added thin slices of ginger. I placed my salmon in pyrex dish sprayed bottom with canola oil then covered with foil. Last 5 min I took off foil to crisp lemon and herbs a bit on top. Very good! I would make it again. Served it with risotto and roasted cauliflower.
