i used dill, salt, pepper, and lemom slices. I accidentally put the garlic on top of the salmon and not the vegetables. it was delicious if you are a garlic lover. I used zucchini and tomatoes under the fish. The fish melted in you mouth it was so moist and well cooked. The veggies were good too, but a bit over cooked, i can see why asparagus would be a better option if you like you vegetables less done. would definitely make it again and try different combinations of spices and vegetables.

Quick, easy, delicious; no broiler required! 👍 Oh, and healthy with little clean up, too. Great weeknight meal.
