Came out perfect. Cream cheese on top took the salmon to a whole new level. 👍

Great recipe. Simple and easy and you can prepare and just pop it in oven when guests arrive. I add a few caps of vermouth to the dish so as to keep in the moisture aided by a thick crust of grated Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
For a special touch add some small frozen prawns and place around salmon before adding the topping.
Serve with baby potatoes, small fresh carrots and broccoli.
