    Cut up a lemon into slices and set the salmon on top of them before putting in the oven. You can taste the lemon a lot more! Delicious(:

    Yum! Simple ingredient list. You really don’t need as many lemons as listed. We just use the juice from half of a lemon for the juice on top at the end and don’t do the wedges as garnish. Wonderful and easy!

    Family loved it!! As it was cooking, the kids said it was smelling so good. I didn’t have any cloves of garlic so i used 2 tsp of garlic powder to replace the 4 cloves.

    Considering i like my Salmon fully cooked i probably overcooked slightly as i did turn it over for an extra 8 mins, but the flavours came out real nice and i just added some brown rice and spinach to the meal
