So good! I used frozen salmon and shrimp that I wanted to use up, thawed both and allowed to come to room temp. I also used frozen asparagus straight out of the freezer and it cooked just fine. Dried the seafood well before seasoning. I didn’t have lemons so I just drizzled a little bottled lemon juice over the salmon and sliced thin slivers of butter over the salmon then drizzled all with olive oil. Turned out fantastic and will be a go to meal at our house!

Very good! My partner said he will eat fish more often now — says this is the best salmon recipe I’ve used to date. Also SUPER quick and easy, with minimal clean up. Great weeknight meal.
