    Delicious! Easy and everyone liked them. Loved that they are baked and not fried.

    Turned out great Best part is no frying. The cakes are light and flavorful. My husband liked them enough to have three! Added a little bit of dill and fresh parsley just for personal tastes. This is in our rotation now!
