In your recipe I think you forgot to mention when to put the salt and pepper on, as I usually like to cook it into my dishes but had forgotten because it wasn’t mentioned at what step. I also found that this amount of time actually made the feta hard and not as delicious, so perhaps I need to buy the creamier feta rather than the crumble. They didn’t taste as flavourful as I was expecting but at least now I know what to modify for next time.
