    Good I added 1/4 cup dry sherry over the chicken before baking kept it moist and tender

    really good, i followed the recipe as written. The only change i would make next time is using butter instead of vegetable oil and putting it under the skin instead of rubbed in top.

    it turned out great made some with bbq sauce too everybody is fed now getting ready for bed!

    It turned out really good. Left it in for 30 more minutes to get the skin crispy.

    Needed an additional 30 minutes for more crispy outside.. favor was excellent.. super easy
