Way too long to make especially after getting home after work and crunched for time. This is a weekend dish, however the butternut squash is a bit overpowering. It’s a good thing that its puréed and I could hide it from the kids but it came sort of sweet because of the squash. Keep the remaining vegetable stock because the pasta will try out and that’s a good addition. It wasn’t bad but not sure I’ll make again.

Great l! Made with ground chicken what I had on hand. Will make again with turkey added a little Parmesan to the top because my provolone supply was low but what a wonderful Autumn dish this is. Thanks!

This took about an hour to make start to finish and had several steps. I really liked the butternut squash taste, but it is pretty strong in the recipe, so if you don’t like that taste, it will be a pass. Definitely makes enough for almost double of what was needed for a family of five

Really yummy! Husband and kids loved it. I pretty much stuck to the recipe with the exception of, adding a bit more seasoning and some orange bell pepper to the turkey mixture. Otherwise, a really great recipe!

This dish was a little involved, but it was a fantastic recipe! when the recipe says to add the oregano, salt and pepper, remeber that you are going for a sausage taste, and that will help with the overall flavor. The addition of the provolone cheese made this dish AMAZING! We will definitley make this again!

Good. Need a little more flavor , but like most pastas, after it set for 24 hours, the flavors were much better.
