Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius.
- Mix the ground beef, rice, sour cream, half the cheese, and the pickled jalapenos together in a bowl. Salt and pepper.
- Place the mixture into a baking pan and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Bake for 15 minutes, until the cheese melts and browns slightly.
