  • 4 cups vegetable broth (or water)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1 dash pepper (or to taste)
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup chickpea flour (also called garbazno bean flour, brown rice flour would work too)
