- 1 Tbsp. olive oil (organic, or sesame oil)
- 1/4 cup onion (finely chopped organic)
- 2 cloves garlic (organic, minced)
- 1/4 cup celery (finely chopped organic)
- 1/4 cup carrot (finely chopped organic)
- 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. cumin seed (ground)
- 1 tsp. ground coriander seed
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme (leaf)
- 1 tsp. marjoram (dried, leaf)
- 1 cup chickpeas (cooked organic, drained)
- 2 Tbsp. tahini
- 1 Tbsp. liquid aminos (Bragg’s)
- 1 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsp. ground flax (+ 6 tablespoons water)
- 1 1/2 tsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (ground into a flour)
