- cooking spray
- 250 grams ham (finely diced)
- 1/2 onion
- 2 potatoes (medium, peeled, diced, and fried)
- 1 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese (shredded)
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup cheese (melting, shredded, such as mozzarella)

Directions
- Spritz a skillet with cooking spray and saute the onion until transparent. Add the ham and potatoes to the onions. Mix in the butter, mustard, parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave on medium high for 4 minutes.
- Remove from microwave, sprinkle with cheese, and broil for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
