  • 250 grams ham (finely diced)
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 potatoes (medium, peeled, diced, and fried)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 3/4 cup cheese (melting, shredded, such as mozzarella)

    Directions

    1. Spritz a skillet with cooking spray and saute the onion until transparent. Add the ham and potatoes to the onions. Mix in the butter, mustard, parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and pepper.
    2. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave on medium high for 4 minutes.
    3. Remove from microwave, sprinkle with cheese, and broil for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
