- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Cover the potatoes with the oil. Sprinkle with paprika and pepper and salt to taste. Stir to mix the spices.
- Bake for 30 minutes for a crispy crust and soft texture inside. Bake for an additional 15 minutes if a crispier texture is desired.
