Easy to make, great flavor. Made a double batch of marinade, I had 4 mushrooms. I did use ginger juice instead of grated ginger.

Tased a little salty when eaten by itself but when I mixed it with the rest of the food the flavors balanced really well! I at it with farro, pinto beans, and a mixed of roasted veggies and sweet potatoes.
