The thyme really brings out the umami of the mushroom! I used pepperjack and cheddar instead of mozz and parm. It gave it a nice little kick

My husband and I love this! The mushroom was juicy and full of flavour. Definitely making this again!

I liked it I used root vegetables so next time I’ll let those cook 30 mins before And then proceed as usual
