We loved this recipe! I made a few changes based on what I had on hand. I used Zataran's Yellow Rice and, as the recipe states, I substituted 1/2 a cup of the water with orange juice. Since I had no pecans or 9range zest, I omitted them. Highly recommend this recipe!
