- 1/4 cup bbq sauce (or your favorite sauce/marinade)
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard (or yellow mustard)
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar (packed)
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt (or to taste)
- black pepper (to taste, preferably fresh cracked pepper)
- 1/2 small potatoes (cut into bite sized pieces)

- 1/2 green beans (halved)
- 1 bell pepper (small, cut into bite sized pieces)
- parsley (Minced, for garnish, optional)
