Pork chops, rice and tomatoes are a perfect combination!! I used chicken broth instead of water and thick boneless chops because that's what I had. Followed the rest of the instructions and it was delicious. I put it in "my favorites" and my "quick dinners" folders, because once you brown the chops there's not much left to do. I baked mine in a 10x13 casserole dish and I'm considering trying it in the crockpot. Definitely a good recipe!!
