Quedó muy bueno! use 200g de arroz osea casi 1 taza, le eché las especies que yo quise y no tenía pimentón asi que usé las semillas picantes, creo que me pase un poco. las chuletas quedaron super suaves. Tal vez lo metería al horno 10 min. solamente para que el arroz quedé más como un rizoto

If I were to make this again, I would definitely add capers and maybe some red pepper flakes. Other than that, it was pretty good.
