if you like it sweeter with spice, add some honey and/or white sugar. it is savory and has flavor. at best, you will love the aromatherapy.

The sweetness of the apples and brown sugar went perfect with the pork and sauerkraut. I will make it again.

I wish I had a skillet, but overall this recip was really good. I took the method of using a casserole dish, 45-50 minutes in the oven was fine.
