Ive made this in the past using my own recipe which was close to this one, couldn’t taste any difference. All enjoyed it and told to make it again.

my husband loved it, he even ate 2nds which he never does! next time i will add more spices of somesort it was kinda bland

The pork was very tender. i left it in the oven for an additional 15 minutes @ 275. Served it with mashed potatoes & peas Delish. I didn't add any salt to the dish ~ only the potatoes. i would definitely make this again!

Great! Easy recipe. I didn’t add onion since my family doesn’t like them. I did however use some spices.
