One of my go to dishes. You can also substitute the pork chops for chicken breasts and it also comes out fantastic.

I'd never used mayo on baked chops before and it really makes for a juicy, flavorful cut. Fantastic recipe.

I really enjoyed it. I like that it was so easy to make. The only thing I would do different is season pork chops more. Overall really good will make again.

These are absolutely amazing! My husband dislikes onions so I either leave those out or I add a touch of Lipton Onion Soup Mix. I have made this several times now and it does not disappoint - so flavorful!

My family loved it, it was yummy but I would cut the onions a bit smaller

I liked it but my husband did not like the cheddar cheese on it.

Very tasty dish. Will make again, but need to probably check pork earlier. At minimum time of 35 minutes, it was well past done. Still enjoyable though.

A family favorite. The pork stays moist, but be sure to check, as ours is usually done cooking before the recommended baking time.

It was really delicious! Unfortunately or (fortunately depends on how you look at it) I had no regular mayo but I did have a chipotle mayo so I used it and it added a little spice that gave much flavor! Loved it and will definitely make again!

It turned out good! I combined all the ingredients into one, besides the salt and pepper. Added basil and some fresh chopped chili peppers to it.

This was FANTASTICALLY DELICIOUS! The meat was soooo moist! I did not have onions so I used garlic salt and also added parmesan cheese then sprinkled the cheddar on top of that! My husband & I could not stop talking about how great this was and I chopped up some potatoes added seasoning with olive oil and separated the tin foil and cooked the potatoes along side the pork chops ( I only had bone-in) it was fabulous - we will definitely make this again!

These are best pork chops ever! I don't have a meat tenderizer, so, I used a wooden spoon to tenderize the meat. I placed the chops (thin sliced) right onto the foil on a baking sheet and they didn't stick at all. Easy to make and clean up. It took about five minutes to prepare, which would be great for a school night. I did, however, forget about them in the oven, so, they ended up cooking for about 50 minutes at 350°F. But, it actually turned out to be the perfect amount of time. Lucky me! I then microwaved some five minute rice and made a salad to go with it. Quick and very easy! These are definitely going on the weekly menu.

Top 5 favorite recipe! Also works out really well on the grill.

Look for the rib-eye version of the pork chop. If not definitely beat it with a mallet if using center cut loin chop. Does not need to be in oven as long as the recipe calls for- maybe 30-35min depending on thickness. Kids ate it all before I could finish making my cocktail.

I liked the recipe for something quick, but I still tasted the mayo I didn't like that at all. But will have to tweak the recipe a little bit, a little less mayo and more spices I think will do.

They were cooked thru but very tough and dry. Needed some spices. We raked off the cheese to eat them.

Great, tasty and tender. Needed more than 35 minutes, even at 200 degrees Celsius, more like 50 to 55 minutes, but worth the wait

Yum yum yum! I really do not like onions but still used them when I made this. I couldn't even taste them and it was delicious. Very moist and good reheated as well. I could have used more salt on mine, but I generally salt lightly before so don't ruin the dish. Also very easy to make. Overall, great dinner!

So good!! Growing up I never felt like my mother could make pork chops quite right, they were always dried out or not enough flavor so I'm always hesitant to make pork chops... I must say my boyfriend & I enjoyed these so much, I may just be making them again before the weekend with the other package in our fridge!
