Thank you for this recipe. My husband used to not like pork chops until I discovered your way of cooking them. I can’t believe how moist the chops become from the mayo, yet so crispy from the cheese (I use real cheese). The texture reminds me of shake n bake but more moist. I use a bit of store bought marinade before hand and I use a hammer to tenderize them since I don’t have a meat hammer and it works just as good :p

My husband loved them but the pork I used was slightly dry. The Mayo is a little weird, not my fave dish but different!

Turned out great! Didn’t see in the recipe the oven temp or time but, used a 350 @ 35 minutes and was delicious!

No. Just no. Would not make this again and trashing the remainder. Should have trusted my gut on this one! The lack of an acid and double hit of fats does not do a pork chop any favors.

Really easy. Really good. Used pork chops about 1/3 inch thick and did not pound out. ( Made it even easier!)

This was great. I have used thin pork chops before but I never thought to tenderize them with a meat hammer. #promove Based on other comments, I added Dijon mustard and minced garlic.

I made a few modifications I used Romano cheese w/mozzarella on top.

Added spicy mustard, cayenne & garlic powder to Mayo. Next time I will grill the onions first, might add grilled mushrooms or bacon bits as well.

I forgot the onions and didn't use the cheese... but my substitutions were great!

One of my go to dishes. You can also substitute the pork chops for chicken breasts and it also comes out fantastic.

I'd never used mayo on baked chops before and it really makes for a juicy, flavorful cut. Fantastic recipe.

I really enjoyed it. I like that it was so easy to make. The only thing I would do different is season pork chops more. Overall really good will make again.

These are absolutely amazing! My husband dislikes onions so I either leave those out or I add a touch of Lipton Onion Soup Mix. I have made this several times now and it does not disappoint - so flavorful!

My family loved it, it was yummy but I would cut the onions a bit smaller
