    I have never heard of this cuisine from Hong Kong. I am so happy that I found this recipe. I followed the recipe as written as my family loved it. So different and so delicious.

    I love their meal. The sauce to me is the star. The way it soaks in the meat.....definitely a YUMMY!!!!
