- 4 peaches
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 rosemary sprigs
- plain yogurt (for serving)
- ground cinnamon (to taste)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Rinse, pit, and quarter the peaches, but do not peel. Put them in a refractory baking stone. Sprinkle the peaches with sugar.
- Spread the butter in small pieces on top of the sugar, and add the rosemary. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with plain yogurt and sprinkle with cinnamon, as desired.
