Was very good, I opted to season the chops about half an hour before dredging. I agree with some of the reviews that the amount of coating mix was way too much, I used a half cup of each and had plenty left over. After reading reviews I used parchment paper and baked at 400 for 30 minutes. Wasn’t entirely dry, but think 350 or 375 for 30 minutes might work better for keeping moisture. Overall great recipe!
