It was good. I had to cook it for more tham 12 minutes, but I expected that. Next time I will crush up the corn flakes better.

Very tasty. Made buttermilk (1 cup milk and 1 Tbsp lemon juice) since I did have any, but still turned out quite well. Would definitely make again, very simple to make.

Unfortunately this came out soggy for me. Taste was not bad but wanted a nice crispy chicken.

I’m just getting into cooking, so I made this for my family and I. It was very good and I would make it again. I did decide to bake it for 10 minutes on each side so the chicken could thoroughly cook!

My kids loved this. Will be making it more in the future. One hint is to bake it for 20 minutes instead of 12, makes it crunchier. Also if you bread both sides, flip it during baking so both sides are crunchy, or just bread one like we did.

They turned out great, I’ve made them twice, With a couple modifications. First I baked them on a baking rack, so that they could crisp up on the bottom. Secondly I didn’t use butter (wanted to cut down on some calories) i sprayed them with olive oil. Lastly I didn’t have buttermilk on hand, so I made my own with 1 cup of almond milk and 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
