This recipe was kind of a pain to make, but I was pretty pleased with the results. My family liked them a lot with honey mustard. I did end up needing more of the breading and egg/butter mixture than called for. My only complaint with them was that the meat didn’t have much flavor under the breading, however, they were very moist. I might brine the nuggets for an hour or two next time.
