Great! I use a whole 4 ounce can of tomato paste and cook in the pot until the rice is done or else it’s a bit crunchy

Amazing. Very flavourful and go crazy with the fresh herbs! Also used chicken broth instead of the vegetable!

Wonderful recipe with great flavor. I had most of the ingredients in my kitchen already, which is always a bonus. I substituted chickpeas for the chicken and it came out wonderfully.
