Used a smaller dish size, made it more like a loaf. Still delicious and moist, sweet but not too sweet. Took longer to cook. Next time I will use a larger dish and make it thinner. Super filling and enjoyable!

I like having a simple and flexible go-to recipe like this that's nutritious too. I cut the agave in half as the bananas provide enough sweetness.
