- 1 cup gluten free flour blend (Namaste, see the above "Swaps" section for a swap for this I have tried)
- 1 cup coconut milk (or raw milk)
- 1 lemon
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup raw honey
- 1/4 cup avocado oil (or melted butter, coconut oil, or ghee)
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. canela
- 2 tsp. baking powder (aluminum free)
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 2 ripe peaches (large, diced, Or 3 small peaches. You will want about 1 ½ cups of diced peaches.)
