  • 1 cup gluten free flour blend (Namaste, see the above "Swaps" section for a swap for this I have tried)
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or raw milk)
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup raw honey
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil (or melted butter, coconut oil, or ghee)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder (aluminum free)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 peaches (large ripe, diced, Or 3 small peaches. You will want about 1 ½ cups of diced peaches.)
