- 1/4 cup butter (softened)
- 2 tsp. old bay (® Classic Seafood Seasoning)
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place fish on parchment paper-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
- Mix butter and OLD BAY in small bowl. Coat fish evenly on both sides with seasoned butter.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Squeeze lemon over fish and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
