They were very easy and tasty too. They were quite dry but, mitigated by sour cream and avocado.

Made this last evening for my son and myself. I added a can of green chilis to the mashed beans, as the bean were a bit dry. I also added diced jalapenos and to just mine, sliced black olives. Homemade guacamole on the side with some sour cream and it was a delicious meal! Son had the extra one for breakfast this morning with an egg on top! We both agree that this recipe is a keeper!
