The recipe was good. Don’t have oranges, used lemon juice and zest. I added chili powder for a little kick and added mushrooms too. My husband was happy 😃 made steamed asparagus for the side. After baking mahi mahi I pour the sauce and covered and let it sit for 10 minutes to absorb the sauce.

Turned out alright, Mahi turned out to be a bit dry - don't know if that's usually a problem with this fish.
Added a little honey to the glaze because someone thought it was too sour.
Had with wild rice and sauteed green beans.
Probably won't make this again - would try other recipes first.

The sauce has no sugar component and doesn't set to be a "glaze"
Flavor profile is mostly butter
I thought the cornstarch would bring it together a little but it just melted into the butter and didn't change the oil-slick consistency at all
The cook time is also way too long I cooked my 2lbs of fillets for 15 min
My sauce ended up being slightly flavored ghee with onion bits
I'm not making it again
Ended up salvaging my dinner by throwing this sauce out and making a white gravy instead with mushrooms and cheese
