    Soooo yummy!! I added in a dollop of cashew cream cheese and a bit of shredded cashew pepper jack cheese. Best vegan homemade Mac and cheese there is!

    This was kid and husband approved which is saying a lot. I did add a couple shakes of smoked paprika and a couple shakes pepper.

    This was pretty good. I halved the recipe. I used miyoko’s non-dairy butter, oat milk, and rice flour for thickening. I just used a sprinkle of garlic powder. I also did not bake this. We just scooped it out of the saucepan like you would with boxed kraft macaroni. Will make again. Probably the best I have tried yet. I did put pepper on mine once it was on my plate.

    This was good. Love the consistency of it, more of a firm baked Mac and cheese that I am used to, but could use more flavor as compared to some others I’ve tried. Absolutely would make again, but would just adjust the seasoning and up.

    Best vegan mac & cheese I've ever tried. I've been looking for ages and all the others I've tried taste horrific. This is so far beyond the competition it's hard to see why it took so long to find. I loved it so much I made it twice in the first week. Superb, kudos to the chef!

    Delicious! Hard to tell there is absolutely no cheese in this recipe. It’s creamy and the sauce acts like cheese sauce when you mix it with the pasta. Again, carnivore hubby loved it. Very filling and so nutritious (nooch yeast super important here) Very filling, fed two of us and there is still about 3 servings left. Will definitely make again!! Prep took long time for me, about two hours, but I did it very slow as it was the first time I’ve made my own macaroni ever. I also made the seasoned breadcrumbs from scratch as well. Also don’t put too much breadcrumbs on top before baking it. I used to much and it was a tad dry but that is my fault!
