    I love that the base was beans. It makes this recipe much more nutritious than most Mac and cheeze (or Mac and cheese). It´s definitely a repeat but with some changes. For me it had too much nutritional yeast. Probably two tablespoons would have been enough. It also definitely needed more liquid. I thinned it with some of the reserved pasta water before baking. I will play with a little more tomato sauce later. I’m not sure the tahini added anything but I wouldn’t know unless I leave it out next time. I think a little vegan butter would make it creamier (of course not as healthy as tahini). Anyway a definite repeat. Thank you.

    This came out delicious. A very creamy texture. Would recommend less tomatoes though and some breath mints for after 🤭
