The recipe was easy to follow and delicious! I added extra seasonings because we like a little spice and chose the bacon add-on recommended in the notes. It was perfect! Bravo! I will definitely be sharing this and making it again soon!

I added some stale chips to the top and broiled it. I believe the extra crunched helped.

My husband is not a fan of mac & cheese, but he's requested this recipe multiple times. Delicious and easy recipe to follow. I love to add chopped cooked bacon.

Super good! I usually add in a little bit of minced garlic, and it is amazing. Definitely recommend it for anyone that loved comfort food.

Very good! I added cheddar and Gruyère and let it bake about 18 minutes. I then added cheese to the top and broiled to give it a nice topping!

Excellent! I added a bit more pasta and used a mixture of different cheeses, paprika and a pinch of nutmeg. I topped it with Ritz cracker crumbs and a bit of butter.

I looove this recipe!! I always add some garlic powder, onion powder, and little paprika. And if anyone likes their Mac and cheese with bread crumbs, I would recommend trying it with crunched up cheez-it’s 🤤🤤🤤

It was excellent! I added a little garlic powder to the sauce and topped it with buttered seasoned bread crumbs.

Excellent! My children thought it was "Yummly"! I didn't change a thing. I saved it as one of my "Yums". I must definitely will make it again.

The first time making this, I made the mistake of using shredded cheese right from a bag and it turned out so lumpy and just not very good. Now I shred my own cheese and it's so amazing every time!! Ive used this recipe so often I dont even have to come look at it anymore.

Made it with penne pasta but it would not taste like you would imagine. Very chunky and grainy. Had to add some more salt and paprika powder to create that taste. Don’t recommend to make this again.

This was really creamy, even though I had to make a few alterations to meet family tastes and pantry options. I used mix of shell and scoobido pasta; couple ounces of parmesan and romano, and rest cheddar; smoked paprika instead of regular; 3TB of butter to saute smallish leek halved and sliced to 1/4" before flour (you make 1 Leeky Cauldron Mac & Cheese for a Harry Potter birthday, and leeks go in every mac&cheese after!). This barely made enough for DH and 2 growing preteen boys, so will definitely double next time.

Soooo yummy! We added some spinach and bacon bits to give it a twist and it turned out deliciously!

Turned out really good! Reminded me of my moms. I did half with Sharp cheddar and half without. Definitely use the Sharp Cheddar. Overall it's easy and it taste good.

It was Amazing! I doubled the recipe to have it as a meal by itself instead of a side. I used Mild cheddar for the cheese. Best mac and cheese Ive ever had. Will make this for generations to come.
