Oh my goodness these lobster tails were so tasty. Will be baking mine this way from now on. Thank you

I used this recipe for my first ever attempt of at-home prep/dining of lobster tails. Pretty simple; both my guest and I really enjoyed the finished product. I had to substitute similar herbs for the parsley flakes simply due to not having on-hand. Splitting the tails open with a pair of scissors was rather easy yet pulling the meat out for seasoning proved more difficult. I found it easier to slide a knife down each side to loosen the meat as opposed to just pulling from each-end (which caused cracking). I attempted to adjust quantities based on prepping only two tails, however, the butter/dip seemed to be missing something. Just not quite creamy enough if that makes sense. I believe it boils down to the lemon juice somehow ultimately. Good luck y'all!

Perfect!! It was very good. I seasoned the lobster with kindred buttery steakhouse rub and old bay. I am definitely making this again.

Marvelous
Meat was tender and sweet. Instead of dipping the individual tail bites in just pure butter, I added 2 tablespoons of the butter to the remaining sauce and when I took it out of the oven, I poured that on top of the lobster tails! Great meal!

The recipe was simple to follow. Ours turned out very good and tasty, we added more lemon and omitted the parsley. If by chance the tail is larger you may need to cook for 6 minutes more. Which that did the trick! 🦞

It was good not the best lobster I’ve ever tried but really yummy for how easy it was to make.
