I added a bit of white wine and then broiled for a few minutes after baking - so simple and delicious.

Very nice and simply delicious just want to ask the person who is making this to be a bit more specific with the grams or kilograms of the ingredients. When I tried making it, I honestly had no idea where to add the lemon juice and the garlic so please improve on those areas. But other than that, the taste is really good and is exactly what I have expected. Keep up the good work!

I serve it over pasta and the sauce is delicious! I discovered this recipe over a month ago and I’ve made it weekly ever since. It’s my new favorite!

This was amazing. Instead of brining first, I used a garlic lemon marinade recipe. The flavors were amazing, so good!

Now one of my go-to’s to impress! Super simple. I add a bit more extra butter and lemon zest

the chicken was delicious and flavorful! I didn't use chicken breasts I use chicken thighs and drumsticks with the bones and skin, which turned out great! you have to cook a little bit longer but it turns out great!

Where did I go wrong? Perhaps I'll brine longer next time? This smelled delicious, especially when I was basting it. My chicken was fine, but nothing special. I did brown in a skillet first for color.
I served the chicken with white rice, and spooned the butter/lemon sauce over the rice which tasted good. My whole family ate this with no complaints, but no compliments either. hmm....

Recipe is great with a few adjustments. I bloomed the garlic in the butter with some cracked pepper and thyme sprigs, then added the fresh lemon juice thyme leaves, a pinch of chopped oregano, and more salt to the mixture. I browned chicken in skillet first before adding to oven with the lemon butter sauce - Adds a better depth of flavor than bland colorless baked chicken. Basted chicken in oven a few times to make sure tops stayed moist and garlic didn't burn.

Really good! Used chicken thighs instead as that is what I had defrosted and marinated it 2 hours and was very moist!

amazing and I don’t like chicken. only thing is recipe says 20 minutes in the oven and I had to have it in there for at least 40

Delicious! Skipped the brine part (too much sodium). It didn’t even need it- came out super tender!

I really liked the recipe. It was easy, quick and flavorful! I used Meyer lemons that are sweeter than other lemon counterparts. I recommend them because they were a delicious addition without being overly tart. They are not always available but if you can get them, do! The high temperature recommended in the recipe is the new way I’ll cook my boneless chicken breast to insure juicy tenderness.

i think i used too much garlic (used minced (3 tsp) instead of whole bc that’s all i had) but the method is perfect and it tastes great!
