- 4 medjool dates (large, pitted)
- 3 Tbsp. almond butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 1/4 cups unsalted cashews (soaked for at least 2 hours)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup beans (cannelini, drained and rinsed very, very well)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (juice of about 1 and half lemons)
- 1 lemon
- 8 medjool dates (large soft, pitted)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut flour
- 3/4 tsp. sea salt (I used Celtic)
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
